The COPYING MACHINE mod.A/6E has been studied and realized for the production of the aluminium and other materials skiving rollers to be used in our skiving machine for counters or also made by other firms. The COPYING MACHINE mod.A/6E consists of a 3-axis machine integrated with a CAD3D matrix design program and the generation of the work programme. The new system eliminates manual production of skiving rolls through samples preparation, and skiving rolls to be copied. Through a CAD3D software easy to use, the counter is designed with the required skiving, the system generates the skiving roll working program. The processing parameters can be changed and saved for the following processing. The machine is complete with a vacuum system for collecting production waste. The machine is made according to CE instructions.
