The Gluing machine mod. A/20C has been designed and realized to meet the counters gluing requirements in the shoes factories montage line. Three support hooks, where the counters are put and which take position step by step in three stations, compose the machine.
• In the first station, the operator effects the unloading of the moulded counters and the loading of those to be glued. Pushing the start push-button begins the work-sequence.
• In the second station, there is the dipping of the counters in the glue bath, their drawing up and centrifugation. The dipping and centrifugation times are set out by the operator in order to obtain the desired result.
• In the third station, a fan provides to a perfect counters drying. As you can see in the photo, the machine is very simple, specially concerning the support hooks groups that are without pincers. Their cleaning needs only few minutes every week, as the machine isn’t exposed to gets dirty of glue as it remains at 100% in the glue tank. The gluing height is easy to adjust by handwheel and visible immediately on the counters to glue by a laser pointer. The result obtained with this machine is the best for a perfect gluing and humidification of the counters making them more flexible and adaptable to the shoes shape.
