Gluing machine A/4 + Drying machine A/5 + Cutting machine A/9

Gluing machine mod. A/4
The Gluing machine mod. A/4 has been studied and realized in order to glue moulded and pre-moulded counters uniformly. The machine takes the counters from a large feeding hopper and loads them into a basket. This basket dips them in a glue bath, draw them up, drip and spin them. Then the counters are unloaded on the drying machine belt. An operator regulates the loading, dipping and spinning times in order to obtain the wanted result. Under the loading hopper there is a tank where the glue is poured. From there it is conveyed to the tank by means of an electric pump (with push-button control), until the tank is completely filled-up. Every part that comes into touch with the glue is made out of stainless steel and it is easy to disassemble for cleaning facilities. The machine operates entirely automatically by means of an extremely reliable electronic control.

Cutting mod. A/9 – Drying machine mod. A/5
The Drying machine mod. A/5 receives the counters from the gluing machine. A belt conveys them through a tunnel , from which they come out dry.

One, two or more cutting machine for nylon, according to the operator’s will, may be added at the exit of the drying machine. They tear off a number of nylon sheets from a spool, which are employed to package the counters. The length of these nylon sheets may vary widely to fit the operator’s requirements. The number of the sheets to cut can be programmed by a counting device in accordance with the type of packing.
