The rotating cutting machine mod.trv made by comec is the result of 30 years of experience in the sector of the cutting machines for bricks and hollow bricks and comes from the cutting machines type “flying saw”. The main innovation of this machine is the rotating movement of the cutting wires that allows:
1. less friction on the basis of the extruded material
2. elimination of the wire coming back on the cutting alredy made
3. recovery of dead time of return that allows to the cutting machine to work with a frequency of cutting 3 times more than the traditional cutting machines. A higher frequency allows a decrease of the wires (ex.prod.6000 pieces/h. Length cutting=53 with 1 wire).
4. the configuration by one single cutting gives the possibility to set the cutting length directly from the control panel without further operation for the preparation of the machine.

– The system of the chamfering realized for this machine is able to conform to the frequency of cutting with the possibility to chamfer 3 or 4 faces of the brick and also as it is placed in the front part of the cutting, it is of high precision.
– The cleaning of the wire is made by a thermoplastic material tool placed in the phase of wire rotation.
– The spacing of the cutted pieces is made immediately after the cutting phase by a system of belt moved by a brushless motor.
– The breakdown control wire is electronic.
– All the elements of brushless movement are integrated in an electronic control system.
